How to make soap with a water bottle

今日は、簡単に出来る石鹸の作り方をご紹介。昨日一日、色んな事してリフレッシュしてたんだけど、その時作業しつつ写真を撮っていました。この作り方は私の発明でもなんでもなく、サイトで見つけたものを写真付きにしただけです。元サイトはこちら。

用意するもの：

苛性ソーダ　60ｇ
一･二度使用した油　500ｍｌ
空のペットボトル～１ℓ用
お水　180ｍｌ （お水じゃないと駄目です）
使用後の牛乳パック、プリングルスの空き缶も使用可能
台所用ゴム手袋
（出来れば眼鏡。目に入らないようにする為）

What you need to prepare...
Caustic soda　６０ｇ
Used oil　５００ｍｌ
One little empty water bottle
water　１８０ｍｌ　（You MUST use lukewarm water, not hot water)
One empty bottle such as a milk bottle or a can of pringles
Kitchen gloves
Glasses (for protecting your eyes)

最近手に入れた苛性ソーダはこんな風に粒状になってました。前買ったときはパウダーだったんだけどこの方が作業中こぼれる事が無くて便利！
This is caustic soda. The cost was about $16 for 150g. (I don't remember exactly...) When I bought it the last time, the form was powderly. This time is like above. It is much easier to use it, because I don't make a mess!

お 水と苛性ソーダを混ぜます。高温になるので注意！大雑把な私はざーっと一気に入れちゃった為、高温になりすぎてペットボトルが縮んじゃった！ひゃぁ～。 (>_<)　この時は蓋をしないでね。
Mix with the water and the caustic soda. The temperature becomes very hot. Please be careful...　Actually I put the caustic soda at one time, so the temperature becomes quite hot. Because of this, the water bottle had shrunk.
苛性ソーダ水の温度が人肌くらいに落ち着いたら油を流し込んで蓋をします。
When the tempareture cools down, add the used oil, and close the top.

とにかく振る～。1時間振れば上等！
Shake it, shake it, and shake it! about 1 hour.

液体がどろどろな感じになったら空き箱に移します。
The liquid becomes pulp, then put it into the empty bottle.

2~3 日放置した後、缶を破って開き、そこからまた1ヶ月くらい置いて乾燥させます。今回は古油を使ったので台所洗剤用です。顔や体用の石鹸を作るときは未使用 の オリーブオイルのＰｕｒｅオイルがいいよ。エクストラバージンオイルとかだと油が綺麗すぎて作りにくいのです。ちょっと不純物の混じったpureオイルの 方が適しているようです。（写真は以前作った時のものです）

特に苛性ソーダは爆弾が作れる代物なので取り扱いには十分注意して。直接手で 触ったりしない事。そして作業は風の無い日の屋外でする事をオススメします。 家の中でやるときは十分換気をして窓も開けてね。（っていうか苛性ソーダがこぼれると反応を起こすから外でやる事をとにかくオススメするよ）

Set for a couple days and open the empty can. Leave the soap more than 1 month. You will have made good soap. :)　If you want to make soap for your face and body, please use unused pure olive oil. Extra vergin oil is too clean; it is not suitable for making soap. We can make a bomb with caustic soda. Please be careful with dealing with strong medicine. Do not touch caustic soda directly. I strongly recommend making soaps outside when there is no wind.
